Subtle Mediterranean Enhancements in a Cycladic Landscape
This proposal explores a light-touch aesthetic upgrade to a traditional Cycladic residence, preserving the architectural clarity while enriching its sensory and environmental qualities. Stone and plaster volumes are accentuated through minimal but thoughtful additions: native planting, terracotta pots, soft-textured surfaces, discreet lighting, and built-in seating areas. The intervention enhances the livability and visual warmth of the exterior spaces, all while remaining true to the island’s architectural heritage and natural palette.
