The project is a private seaside residence situated in Konitsa near the city of Ioannina, overlooking the coastline.
The house is structured as an unfinished bridge. It is situated on an undulating landscape and is bounded between two long concrete walls resembling remaining ruins of a longer wall. Between the walls are the more private areas of the house and an atrium, whilst the living room is the only space located outside these boundaries; between two horizontal slabs that rest on top of the walls.
